The sports arena area is 150’ by 250‘ with field turf for the flooring. The building is both air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter.

The arena is large enough for two rings of 100' by 100' . 

The property is level area with approximately 18 acres to walk dogs. The Loyalhanna Creek surrounds the back of the property.
